Pack Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier. You will receive a refund confirmation once our warehouse inspects the return.
